悲愴哀戚的旋律與歌詞，配合電影『受難記』(The Passion of the Christ)中薋穌受難的場景，我哭成了淚人兒。當時『受難記』我看了四遍，每次都哭得不成人形。因我看到的，不是演員演戲，而是耶穌為我走過的一切。當然，當年耶穌自己經歷的，要比電影要痛苦千百倍都不止。聖靈觸摸到我的心，我邊聽邊流淚禱告，想到過去神對我一切的容忍、祝福、恩典與引導，淚水中滿有感恩。若不是耶穌，就沒有今天的我。 
「Via Dolorosa」我最初是在安息日會的聖誕戲劇中聽到。當年我飾演約瑟與二十門徒之一。擔任導演的波多黎各裔美籍宣教士霍海(Jorge)，以這首曲子作第三幕的背景音樂，配上電影『萬王之王』(King of Kings)的劇照。多年來我一直記得這首曲子，前年復活節哲源在網上找到製譜軟體，便一起把這曲子譯成中文，讓弟兄姐妹能唱。過程一度難產，但聖靈一路的同在與指點，成就了這曲詩歌，曲名定為『十架苦路』。為了將榮耀歸給神，哲源和我決定不在譜上記名。我不知原作詞曲者是誰。英文歌詞中帶有一段西班牙文，當初與哲源合作譯曲時，我先請黑頭狼將西班牙文譯成英文，哲源和我再譯成中文。以下與大伙兒分享這首受難曲，與民生路教會中文譯司。

因著一人的過犯，眾人都被定罪；照樣因著一人的義行，眾人出死入生。主恩浩瀚，無以回報。無法配得耶穌如此巨大的犧牲，但祂仍選擇如此苦路。神定意將祂壓傷，使祂復活，「愛」是唯一的理由。我們何德何能！千言萬語道不盡神如此恩典，主啊！一切榮耀歸給祢！
